    Paperartsie Team Play Date

This time it was a get together with others for a  Paperartsie team play date. We arranged to meet and everyone bought a plate for a shared lunch, 3 of us prepared projects to teach and Barbara had some extra projects for those who had time to stay a bit longer. It was a fabulous afternoon! Team Projects These are the 3 projects we all made together as a group. The centre card is a twist and flip (or something like that). It is in 3 parts, one of them makes the inner part flip out when you open the card.

    Inspired to finish

I’ve been inspired to finish an old project – I’m sure you can all relate to this, I started this journal about 2 years ago and got it so far and then ran out of ideas, time, embellishments, what ever it was the project was stalled. Not only was I inspired to finish but my closest stamping family were all inspired too and we all started collecting for the journals we’re going…

    Cute Little Tiny Treat Boxes

I just love the cute Tiny Treat Boxes, they come pre-cut ready to assemble made from strong Kraft card. We decorated these in the January class and filled them with wrapped chocolates, yum! Perfect presentation for a small gift like a piece of jewellery or as a little thank you with the chocolates, great also for Valentines, so many ways to decorate these tiny treat boxes and they’re ready in a flash 🙂     Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog

Everyone loved how easy they were to use and the wonderful effect of blending the different shades together. Here are the projects we made   Some Christmas along with a birthday card and a thinking of you card, with only 3 people the class finished earlier than usual and everyone was happy to have an…

    Cute little notebook

I made this cute notebook from Crumb Cake card, some old designer series paper and a notebook that I cut down. The notebook I cut down was made from recycled milk cartons and has that printed on every 2nd page for this small notebook I got 2 pages from every recycled one, how’s that for up-cycling! It was really easy to make once I decided on the size I wanted, I got the idea from Ashley Connelly from The Creative Space but I made mine smaller than the size in her tutorial. The only tricky part for me was getting my crop-a-dile to reach the eyelet on the front, I…
